1 Pound
Onion, small sized

Italian seasoning

Parmesan cheese
1/4 Cup
Mozzarella cheese, shredded

  1. Fry your hamburger, seasoned with salt & pepper till no longer pink,but just nicely browned. Cook your macaroni, rinse with water & set aside.
  2. In a casserole dish, add your can of tomatoes,if whole,cut up,or u may want to use already diced tomatoes. Add your cooked macaroni,hamburger and diced onions.Mix together well , so everything is nicely coated with the tomato juice & tomatoes.
  3. Season with some salt & pepper, oregano & italian seasoning,mix in some,sprinkle with parma cheese & top with your shredded cheese,covering the top well.
  4. Bake in the oven until heated through, and cheese is nicely browned on top. Garnish with some green onions & serve with toasted garlic bread.
